Demolish existing post-war structure in poor condition and replace with single story new build including glazed corridor, new toilet block and associated mechanical, electrical and fit out works to act as a new infant block. Green PM were appointed to undertake the role of Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM Regulations) providing information for both Designers and Contractors on Health and Safety, promoting cooperation between those working on the project, as well as welfare matters that should be considered when planning for the site works detailed in the specification document and on the drawings.
