The project comprises localised office strip out and refurbishment including strip out proposals for the F3 area, stripped out shell for part of G2.
A specialist clean room designer, Technikon, will produce a specification and tender for the fit out of this area.
In 2010, Air Products increased it's capacity at it's Ghent site in Belgium at the same time making the decision to close it's site in Terneuzen, Holland. Air Products is a name synonymous with the manufacture of industrial gases and over the next three years decommissioned, degased and decontaminated the site in Holland, paving the way for the dismantling of the 45m high cold box and associated tanks, compressors and pipework.
