ENWL require the re-roofing of the existing three roofs to the main office/stores building for a roof is 1960s pre-cast concrete with northern lights with significant issues to the facade causing further ingress.

Green PM have been appointed to work with the contractor and end users to co-ordinate the works within a tight timeframe ensuring minimum disruption to site staff and ensuring their health and safety. A resurfacing scheme is running concurrently and therefore minimising conflict between the two schemes is of significant importance.

Green PM were invited to assist Glassblock Technologies (GBT) with their Project Management and coordination of two secured schemes in London and Oldham where GBT had been contracted to supply specialist precast floor units that incorporate banks of feature glass block lenses.
