New Mill, a Victorian Mill in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, suffered serious structural damage in the storms of February 2014. The Mill housed various businesses including paint balling, a rifle range, a gym and a mirror manufacturer. High profile emergency measures meant that not only the Mill but also nearby homes and businesses had to be evacuated and local roads closed, so great were the safety concerns. Green Project Management were appointed as CDM-C to ensure that this prominent demolition project took place in a safe and timely fashion.
