Green Project Management is part of the team responsible for the refurbishment of Heaton Moor Medical Centre. This project involved providing CMD-C services for the refurbishment of the existing church hall and associated buildings along with alterations to the existing surgery including local demolition of existing walls, removal of asbestos and treatment of wet rot. The project also involved the creation of new access with a modren GP surgery fit out.

This project comprised 80 msq new build two storey timber frame on top of single storey structure, including associated fit out and refurbishment. Working with T J Marshall Consultancy as cost consultants, Green PM acted as CDM for this project.
