Project Management

Green Project Management was contracted to carry out a series of condition surveys on behalf of Lancaster Maloney. The buildings were all owned by Manchester City Council and included a large cross section of ages, styles,construction and usage.

 Buildings surveyed included schools, libraries, leisure centres, theatres and cemetery buildings ranging from 1930s brick built schools to leisure centres constructed in the 1990s.

A sensitive development of a tired 1930s property in need of extensive refurbishment and modernisation for Evoke Homes. Dangerous outbuildings were demolished to make way for a private courtyard of five properties. 

The design, orientation and location of the properties recognise the very latest in sustainable construction, including sedum roofs, sustainable urban drainage systems, solar water heating and high levels of insulation.
