Planning has been submitted for 150 new homes, allotments and community facilities at the former Ski Yoghurt factory which incorperates a 13,000 msq aeration lagoon and 15 metre diameter settlement tank.

Green Project Management co-ordinated specialist technical advice to provide a fresh approach to the constraints of the site.

Accommodating the University's 6 star Management School, this 400 sqm office design over 4 floors provides the latest flexible offices and working spaces on the upper floors housing different departments. It is built around a large, light and airy central atrium with 12 metre spans and fair face concrete soffits which contribute to the building's BREEAM excellent rating.
